How are sessions paid for?

Most companies sponsor a fixed number of sessions per employee per quarter or year. We invoice the company monthly. Employees never see a card.

Will employees actually use it?

Adoption is our north star. Our 5-minute intake removes the cold-start problem, and 7 days of follow-up chat keeps people engaged between sessions. We share monthly utilisation dashboards with your People team. Names redacted, trends only.

How is privacy handled?

Employees onboard with their work email, but everything they share (intake, journal, session notes, chat) stays between them and their therapist. The company sees aggregate utilisation only. No individual data, ever.

How long does rollout take?

Do you cover specialised needs?

What if we already have an EAP?
